Profriends Problems


We were looking around the internet and found out that not only us here in Lancaster Residences have major issues with our real estate developer, Property Company of Friends, Inc. or commonly known as ProFriends. Thousands of buyers who were victimized by this real-estate developer's way of doing business and treating its customers spells hatred but outputs it on funny memes. However funny, their message is serious. Let's see some of them here.

Images below were memes created by the members of the Facebook group Profriends Victims. Like us in Lancaster Residences, they share the same sentiments that we have through the experiences brought by dealing with Profriends. These are buyers from various projects of Property Company of Friends, Inc. who bought units at Lancaster Estates, Lancaster New City Cavite, Carmona Estates, Montefaro and more.

Though these are funny, the government must take a look on the issues brought about by ProFriends as the money paid for purchasing the houses came from a lot of sacrifices. The projects of Property Company of Friends, Inc. are plagued with quality issues, scams, and illegal homeowners association controlled by the developer which is illegal under RA9904.
